optimism, issuing a 100-day plan of action. Abigail Ross Hopper,

“The plan includes
executive branch policies and legislative proposals to lay the foundation for a
strong clean energy economy. The 100-day plan is organized around three
strategic principles: clean energy and climate policy; infrastructure and
workforce development; and ensuring markets are competitive and open to clean
energy.”
In addition to all of these plans, there’s also a strong expectation that Biden will not only try to roll-back the Trump-imposed solar tariffs, but also include solar programs as a part of pandemic stimulus plans. Despite heavy Republican opposition in Congress, it’s anticipated that there will be many opportunities for Biden to make moves that favor solar and other green power industries.

Of course, it will
take a while before solar contractors can see the positive effects of Biden’s
election. We will have to wait until late January before the inauguration even
takes place, and after that, it will be more time before solar-supporting
legislation passes.
